How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the domestic United States. International orders may take 10-21 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization and receive a shipping label.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All JLR Investigates products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or accidental damage.
